Weddings are a deeply personal occasion for every couple and Field Supply is here to celebrate your unique love + help tell your story.
It is an honor to be a part of your big day, and I love to take the time to get to know you and your partner – what makes you tick, the important background stories that have led you to where you are, your aesthetic sensibilities, and your vision for your big day. These key details are what guide and inspire the floral design for your one-of-a-kind celebration.
It is for this reason that I choose to take on a limited number of full-service weddings each year. I want to be able to invest the time needed to bring your story to life via flowers – this involves coordination with local growers for sourcing, special considerations and planning for your particular event space, and often collaboration with other vendors and artisans to take your floral story from concept to reality.

Field Supply’s aesthetic is rooted in endless inspiration from nature, culture, and art and is guided by classical art principles and a formal background in landscape architecture and design. It is always my goal to translate your authentic voice to your event, and to ensure that the design also fits into the natural surroundings of your space.
the process
Think we might be a match? Here’s how to take the next step + a general outline of what to expect:

Inquire – Follow the link to Field Supply’s brief wedding questionnaire and submit your event details to get the ball rolling.
02.
Initial Consult – I’ll reach out to schedule an initial call that’s casual and brief – we’ll discuss your essential aesthetic goals/floral wish list, and I’ll share some examples of work that fits your style as well as an outline of what you can expect for the what/where/when/and how we will bring the florals for your celebration to life.
03.
Vision Board Consultation – Once you have determined that Field Supply is the floral studio that best suits you and your event, we’ll schedule an in-depth consultation. During this conversation Field Supply will share a visual guide for the look and feel of your event florals. We’ll use this as a tool to make sure that the concepts match your overall goals and aesthetic – we will be able to make refinements where needed (locking in your overall concept prior to finalizing your floral contract.)
04.
Contract and Deposit – To secure your event date in the Field Supply calendar, sign all contract agreements and submit your 50% deposit.
05.
Floral Prep and Planning – I’ll be working behind the scenes with local growers, your wedding planner (if that applies!), and can schedule additional meetings and event site visits as needed to ensure that the florals are coordinated with your venue and other vendors.
06.
Final Adjustments and Payment – No later than one month prior to your event, let me know of any last adjustments needed and submit your remaining balance. Then it’s time to kick back and relax and enjoy – Field Supply will bring all the floral magic to your big day!

There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to planning a wedding – in my opinion the only truly critical thing is to make sure you celebrate the day in a manner that best suits you and your partner. I am honored by your interest in Field Supply playing a role in your big day.
I put great intention and care into all the wedding florals that leave the studio. Pricing information below is meant to be a general guideline – please be sure to submit your questionnaire responses to start the process for a tailored quote.
A La Carte (Pickup Only):

Bridal bouquets start at $300
Small bridal bouquets start at $185
Boutonnieres start at $20
Bridesmaid bouquets start at $125

Additional a-la-carte options like floral arrangements, flower crowns, etc. are available upon request (be sure to include individual wish-list items in your questionnaire response)

Intimate Celebration:
Think wedding party personals, altar arrangements/installation, table décor – up to 50 guests, from $5,000
Full-Service Wedding:
Think wedding party personals, altar arrangements/installation, table décor, reception installations and beyond from $6,000
Floral Installation:
Due to the entirely unique setup for each and every floral installation, I can only offer this as an on-site service. Specific floral mechanics, potential special equipment needs, potential crew assistance, and planning and setup time are all components to floral installation quotes, alongside the blooms and foliage themselves. Floral accents (for arches, etc.) from $700, larger floral installations from $1200
